An account will be considered inactive if it has not shown any spending or redemption activity in the last 18 months.
You can regain your active status by either making a purchase with us or by redeeming a reward from the Rewards Boutique.
If you are in-store, please remember to present your Beauty Pass information to the Beauty Advisor so that the transaction or redemption will qualify towards your account.
