1. Place the product you want into the Shopping Cart
2. After completing the full address, click Proceed to Checkout
3. On the next page, select the Bank Transfer payment method, then click Buy Now
4. You will receive 16 digits unique number as your payment code
5. Make a payment with the nominal matching the total order
6. Your payment will be verified automatically, then the order is immediately prepared for the next process
If during the payment process the Virtual Account number does not appear on the page it should be, you can check it in your account via the sephora.co.id website on your desktop.
Virtual Account Number is only valid for 24 hours since the order has been made.
For payment with Mandiri Virtual Account :
From ATM:
1. Enter the Mandiri ATM card, then enter the ATM PIN
2. Select the 'Payment' menu, then select 'E-commerce' menu
3. Enter the Company code 88899
4. Enter the Virtual Account Number / payment code (for example: 88899xxxxxxxxxxx))
5. Enter the payment amount as shown
6. Confirmation page, check again if the Name & Amount is correct, press "Correct / OK"
7. Transactions are carried out, and please save your receipt
Through the Mandiri app:
1. Open the Mandiri Online app
2. Enter the User ID and PIN, then click enter
3. Select the 'Payment' Menu
4. Select the 'New Payment' Menu
5. Select Menu 'Multi Payment'
6. Select Billing Name 'DOKU VA Aggregator'
7. Input VA Number (e.g. 88899xxxxxxxxxxx)
8. Click 'Go', then input amount
9. Click 'Confirm'
10. Click 'Continue'
11. Click 'Confirm'
12. Input MPIN (PIN SMS Banking)
13. Transactions are carried out
If during the payment process the Virtual Account number does not appear on the page it should be, you can check it in your account via the sephora.co.id website on your desktop.
