Checking your order status
You can check the status of your order by accessing 'My Account' (online or via the Sephora Mobile app) and clicking 'Orders'.
My order shows In Transit, what does that mean?
Your order has been packed and left the Sephora warehouse! At this stage, your order requires an estimated delivery time of 7-14 working days to reach the destination address.
My order has not arrived even though it has passed the usual delivery time
Your order will experience slight delays when there is high delivery demand due to extreme weather factors, national holidays and large sales.
Orders with products containing Aerosol/Dangerous Goods will also experience a slight delay. You can contact our CS team at contact@sephora.co.id for further information.
I'm trying to track the order, but can't find it in the Account tab
Please note that only orders that have been placed while logged into your Beauty Pass Account can be tracked through My Account. Orders will not appear in My Account if you check out as a guest. If you need further assistance, please contact our CS Team at contact@sephora.co.id
