Post-purchase product assistance requests can be submitted within 14 days of delivery via email to contact@sephora.co.id, and must include:
- Order Number
- Complete details of the affected product
- Clear photo of the product
- Full unboxing video without editing - Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
- This policy applies only to products purchased at normal price.
- Replacement product requests must be made for the same product.
- Free products or Gift With Purchase (GWP) items are excluded from this policy.
- Devices or tools that have been used are not eligible for further processing.
