What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a scheduled payment, Atome will charge you a late fee and freeze your account until the outstanding amount is paid.

If you missed within one day you will be charged IDR 50,000.

If the payment is not paid within seven days, IDR 30,000 fee will be charged.

Example: If you are 8 days late from the installment payment due date, then the total fine you have to pay is IDR 80,000.
